 About the role

As a Commissioning Specialist you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and operation of complex systems. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and vendors to oversee commissioning activities across various projects. How you might spend your days

 As a valued employee in our department, you’ll be at the center of securing a great place to work for your colleagues in a project driven work environment. Depending on your experience, you’ll be working with these aspects:

  • Detailed planning and coordination:
    • From equipment installation to mechanical completion status, you'll plan and coordinate activities.
    • Your multidisciplinary expertise will bridge gaps and streamline processes. 
  • Stakeholder communication: 
    • Regular meetings will be your forum for effective communication.
    • You'll foster collaboration among stakeholders on-site, ensuring project progress.
  • Quality assurance and progress monitoring:
    • Outstanding issues won't escape your radar. You'll follow up diligently.
    • Monitor quality and progress during dynamic testing and commissioning activities.
  •  More experienced candidates:
    • Experienced candidates will act as C&Q Manager and be the focal point for preparation and planning of mechanical completion and commissioning.

The miles you’ve walked

 In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • Marine Engineer (DK: Maskinmester), M.Sc. or B.Sc in Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in turn-over management, pre-commissioning, or commissiong of process plants from relevant industries.
  • For C&Q managers: Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and coordination of pre-commissioning/commissioning activities in complex projects.
  • A proven track-record:
  • On successful delivery of complex and large volume commissioning projects.
  • Achieved compliance with agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal group guidelines and requirements.
  • Proficient in communication and stakeholder management at all levels in the organization.
  • Experienced user of digitalized tools for project follow-up and deliver.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written. Preferably also proficient in Danish.
